The Candy Jazz company on stage at the MEMORIES anniversary show
About us

Four decades. Three countries. One family.

Candy Jazz has been teaching dance since 1980, first in Venezuela, then in Spain, and in Davie since 2016. The people who started it are still on the floor.

In their own words
"For more than four decades of artistic and pedagogic labor in Venezuela and in Spain, Candy Jazz has been conceived as a place where children, teenagers and adults have the opportunity to learn, have fun and prepare themselves for the art of dancing."

That sentence has been on the school's wall in one language or another since the eighties. It still describes what happens here on a Tuesday afternoon.
