Flamenco is much more than footwork. It is rhythm, strength, expression, and character. Each class introduces essential elements such as compás, arm technique, and hand clapping, helping every dancer develop coordination, stage presence, and the ability to feel and express rhythm through the entire body.
What can you expect?
From the very first class, dancers are introduced to footwork and arm technique through a progressive approach that emphasizes precision and authentic flamenco style. Practice skirts and flamenco shoes are incorporated later, so there is no need to purchase anything special before attending a trial class.
Class Times
Flamenco 1 is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Flamenco 2 is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Flamenco 3 is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
